So, now the shiny-ness of ‘walking for 30 days’ has worn off, it’s time to carry on, business as usual, and keep on walking, and keep on doing what I am doing.
So I woke up automatically this morning at 4:44 (yay – angel signs reminding me of my path!) and got ready.
I felt a bit groggy this morning, despite me having a decent amount of sleep. Last night, we enjoyed a takeaway as a family. It was nice because we are often disjointed, and spend time apart these days, too busy to interact and do family stuff.
Life gets in the way..
I believe that when you eat crap, you feel crap.. eat junk, you feel junk.. eat rubbish, you feel rubbish..
Anyway, because walking is actually really easy as an exercise method, there wasn’t any resistance to getting up, and so I got up and got it done..
As I walked, being immersed in nature, hearing the birds, my brains cogs started whirring and coming into life.. (funny how that works when you’re in nature), I started to get ideas and thoughts that were motivational.. so I managed to record about 4 “shorts’ for Youtube today, and even got them all uploaded as I completed my walk.. the more I thought, the more each of the video topics resonated with me, and ‘hey ho’ lifted my mood!
.. and this is what it’s all about…..
Lifting your mood..
This to me is all life is about.. or at least it’s the MUST DO starter for the rest of the day.
Being in the higher, more uplifted mood, puts you on a high. It’s also known as being in a higher vibration, because everything in life vibrates at a certain frequency (this is scientifically proven).
- Lower moods(lower vibrations) are the likes of anger, resentment, jealousy etc.
- Higher moods(vibrations) come with the likes of being in joy, happiness, love, compassion, understanding.
Your goal in life is to raise your own mood, and to raise the mood of people around you.. so as a group of people we all raise ourselves to be happier and full of joy and love.
That’s my opinion anyway.
So how has it been going for me?
All I’ve done is spent time every morning and through the day noticing things that make me smile, things that even very small, give me that very gentle ‘feeling inside’ that makes you think ‘ahh that’s nice’..
As a result Ive felt much lighter through the day.
I’ve also felt that my intuition has improved.
I’ve also been seeing angel numbers on an almost daily basis.
This all happened in just 3 to 4 days…
For me, just this has been absolutely golden.
