So another day, another 10,000 steps completed (day 24 by the way). Let me fill you in on what has happened today in my life.
While out working, I came across this stone, placed in some stones, near to some houses. It stood out, and I just HAD to take a picture. This put a smile on my face.

It’s a simple message, yet is something we should all try and be practising several times a day.
I’ve been banging ON AND ON AND ON several times a day on my Youtube channel about finding those small things… WHY? Because it actually adds up. It actually makes you a tiny bit happier.. and after a few days (for me at least) you find yourself being significantly happier… or higher in your mood… or on a higher ‘vibration’…
and when you are in this higher vibration, you can start focusing on the things you want in life.. say them, read them, write them daily.. with excitement, with belief that they are coming’ (well as best you can).. and these things start to be attracted to you..
So what else has happened today?
I came across some Chickens in a customers garden. They made me smile.. and anything that makes you smile is a good thing.
I also saw MORE AND MORE SIGNS!
I randomly saw 10:10 on the clock in my van .. I wasn’t looking and was busy with work, but I happened to look up..
Later My wife sent me a message on WhatsApp.. and the time on the message was 11:11.
So in summary, all of this has been happening since I decided to start daily gratitude for the things in my life.. As Im doing my morning walk, I say “Thank you for my health to allow me to walk each day”.. I say other things like “thank you for the amazing ideas that come to me each day”.. And as I walk around, when I heard birds in a tree, I stop, and listen in wonderment, and I say “thank you for letting me hear this beautiful thing”..
Try it.. it truly might just change your life, like it is doing for me..
